Anticipated End Date: 2026-05-01 Position Title: Behavioral Health Case Manager II Job Description: Behavioral Health Case Manager II LOCATIONS : California – Woodland Hills, Costa Mesa, Walnut Creek, Cerritos, Rancho Cordova, Los Angeles, Sacramento HOURS : 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, PDT Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy.
