Job Description: Atlas is seeking a mid-level Civil Engineer (EIR Environmental Engineer 3) to support land development and site civil projects. This position is responsible for performing site grading, hydrology and hydraulics (H&H), and stormwater management design under the direction of a Project Manager or Senior Engineer. Work includes developing civil design drawings and technical analyses using AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD while coordinating with multidisciplinary internal teams.
