A Day in Your Life at MKS: You will act as the primary interface and gatekeeper between Research & Development and Production, ensuring the successful transfer of chemical products prior to market launch. In this role, you will lead a team of technical experts located in Germany and India. Your team members are testing our product recipes to determine whether the products can be manufactured in line with our safety and quality standards. These assessments include detailed desk reviews as well as laboratory testing conducted at our facilities in India. The outcomes of these evaluations are translated into standardized manufacturing instructions that are deployed across all global production sites. A high level of diligence, accuracy, and strict adherence to internal processes and procedures is essential to ensure operational excellence and product integrity.
