Help modernize and strengthen pharmacy operations by leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and scalability. As a Pharmacy Process Engineer, you will partner across pharmacy operations, technology, and external suppliers to design, improve, and institutionalize processes that support strategic pharmacy programs. This role blends analytical rigor, collaboration, and change leadership to deliver measurable operational outcomes in a complex, matrixed healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end process mapping and process engineering initiatives aligned to pharmacy operating effectiveness standards. Partner with operational and functional leaders to identify performance gaps, prioritize improvement opportunities, and maintain an actionable process improvement roadmap. Analyze current-state workflows to identify root causes of performance issues and design future-state processes that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
