Corporate Trainer LPN/RN Department: Human Resources: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Wentzville - 1032 Crosswinds Court Reporting To: Amber Setzer: Compensation: $29.37 - $34.00 / hour Description: Empower Healthcare Teams Through Education, Training, and Clinical Expertise Full-time, benefit eligible position. the schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. The Corporate Trainer LPN/RN plays an important role in strengthening the knowledge, skills, and professional development of employees across Compass Health Network. This position designs and delivers engaging clinical training programs that support quality care, regulatory compliance, and staff growth. Working in a hybrid environment, the Corporate Trainer RN partners with teams across the organization to provide both in-person and virtual learning experiences that support clinical excellence and ongoing professional development. This is a hybrid position, open to Missouri residents.
