Description Clinical Supervisors serve as mid-level leaders within a 3-tier ABA model (BCBA ? Clinical Supervisor ? RBT). This role supports early intervention ABA programs for children with autism across home, school, clinic, and community settings. The position combines clinical oversight, direct care support, staff supervision, caregiver training, and program development.
