As a Wellbeing in Nature Facilitator , you will support individuals and groups to build confidence, develop life skills and improve wellbeing - all through meaningful, nature-based activities. This is a hands on, active role working outdoors year-round, supporting participants with a wide range of needs in a rewarding and impactful environment. You will be part of the Operations Team, delivering tailored, inclusive activities that support participants’ mental health, confidence and independence.
