In this role, you will work closely with providers and clinical staff to deliver timely, high-quality care, ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and prioritized throughout their healthcare journey. What You’ll Do: - Serve as a key clinical contact by triaging patient phone calls and assessing levels of care - Accurately document symptoms, medical history, and current health concerns in the EMR - Communicate test results and provide clear patient instructions - Manage prescription refills in accordance with compliance and protocol - Assist with scheduling, prior authorizations, and obtaining pre-certifications for imaging (MRI, CT) - Coordinate care while maintaining professional, compassionate relationships with patients, families, and providers - Support daily clinic operations with additional c...
