Key clientele includes automotive companies, tier one and tier two auto suppliers, major steel producers, and public and private utilities. Job Description: Position Summary & Objective: The Welder will join, fabricate, and repair metal and other materials by applying appropriate techniques using various welding devices. Responsible for assembling or repairing damaged pieces of metal using machinery that emits high heat temperatures. Sets up components for welding according to specifications. Classifications: Proficient: Must possess qualifications, skills and experience of former classification. Novice: Able to use GTAW process. Proficient: Fully proficient with SMAW, FCAW and SAW.
