Position Summary Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner to federal health agencies. We are exploring the addition of an experienced Healthcare Change Management Consultant to the planning and execution of change management activities across multiple implementations. This role supports multidisciplinary teams focused on enabling adoption, readiness, and successful outcomes for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Support organizational change initiative by assisting in the assessment of current-state operations, change impacts, and implementation activities - Assist with stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and implementation planning by gathering information, documenting findings, and supporting recommendations - Participate in interviews, focus groups, and change-related discussions to capture stakeholder input and support engagement efforts - Contribute to change management assessments and support the development of change management strategies - Support organizational design activities, including documenting roles, responsibilities, and process changes - Coordinate change management activities within the broader...
