Benefits: We are looking to expand our growing business. - Bonus based on performance - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Opportunity for advancement - Paid time off - Vision insurance Classification of work includes: -Foundation Repair (crack injections, installing piers, and anchors, etc.) -Waterproofing (Interior drainage systems, exterior drainage, downspouts, sump sumps, etc.) Daily tasks required: -Showing up on time -Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner -Cleaning and preparing construction sites -Loading and unloading materials and equipment. -Digging, backfilling, installing material -Following instructions from supervisors Requirements: -Must have a driver's license or state ID (reliable transportation to work required) -Be at least 18 years of age -Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks -Ability to work in all weather -Workers must be punctual and reliable -Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required Job Perks: -Starting salary dependent on prior experience -Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $6.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production (after 90 days) -Starting wage will be evaluated after 90 days p...
