Location: Calgary,Alberta,Canada Seeking Dental Administrator to join our Marda Loop Dental Choice Team Are you someone who thrives on organization, teamwork, and creating positive patient experiences? Our growing practice is looking for a Dental Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while supporting a dedicated and high-performing dental team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that includes both general dentistry and oral surgery . Hours: Monday 8am to 4pm Tuesday & Wednesday 11am to 7pm Thursday 8am to 4pm: Friday 8am to 2pm: What You’ll Do: Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running smoothly Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support excellent patient care What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)
