Job Title: Kitchen Staff Department: Production / Kitchen: Location: In-person, Phoenix, AZ 85009: Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4 10-hour shifts (6:00am-4:30pm), Occasional overtime on Fridays Compensation: Starting at $16.50/hour: Flow Distribution is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff to join our Edibles Production team for an immediate start. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused edible products in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and Arizona state cannabis laws. Active Arizona Facility Agent card preferred. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follow all production and sanitation SOPs for edible manufacturing and cannabis handling. - Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately according to batch recipes. - Operate kitchen equipment safely, including mixers, ovens, and packaging tools. - Assist with portioning, molding, cutting, and packaging edible products. - Label finished goods in accordance with company and AZDHS compliance standards. - Maintain a clean and o...
