You know that quality matters and that delivering results requires a great team In this role, you'll: As part of the Road Maintenance and Resilience Division, this hands‑on leadership role oversees the delivery of safe, efficient, and high‑quality road construction and maintenance works. You’ll lead and support a frontline team, coordinate resources, manage daily activities, and ensure strong compliance across safety, environmental, and reporting requirements. You’ll work on a new project within a fast‑paced construction program, offering variety, challenge, and exposure across both project delivery and day‑to‑day operational activities. The role also includes participation in an on‑call roster, responding to incidents and operational needs as required. You will proactively manage risk, monitor performance and safety outcomes, and support Managers and Engineers with minor works, estimating, and contract management to ensure delivery to required standards and timeframes.
