Role Description: The Network Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining both cloud and on-premises networking environments. This role includes overseeing virtual private networks (VPNs), cloud-based networks and virtual network appliances, and on-premises networks and its hardware. The NetOps Admin will ensure the performance, availability, and security of the CSSP network infrastructure and the connections to our subscribers. The role requires applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of systems investments.
