Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem MRI Tech for the Radiology Unit at Newton Medical Center. The shifts vary as needed. Essential Job Functions: The candidate selected for this position will: - The candidate selected for this position will promote a culture of healing, while accurately interpreting and performing all MRI imaging protocols - The candidate will practice in accordance with state, federal and professional standards - Must demonstrate knowledge of MR imaging equipment; including set-up, utilization, basic troubleshooting and proper care for all equipment - Will abide by strict MR Safety standards and evaluate MR scans for technical quality - EPIC and PACS will be used to manage patient workflow and transmit images for interpretation - Must be competent with IV skills and preparing/administering contrast media Qualifications: License/Certifications: - Completion of a 24-month AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required - ARRT Certified - BLS/CPR certification - IV Certification preferred Relevant Experience: - 2 years MRI Experience, Siemens preferred #LI-AM1 At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our fa...
