Pioneer Recycling Services , a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a highly motivated & safety driven Forklift Operator. Pay range is $27-$29/HR DOE: Schedule is Monday - Friday: Shift is 4 AM to 12:30 PM with some overtime as needed. Safety Sensitive: Yes: Qualified candidates must have Forklift operating experience. REQUIRES ability to efficiently & safely operate Forklift. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate forklift or other equipment as needed. Perform routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires. Completes daily reports on pre and post trip inspections of equipment. Yard and facility maintenance including debris and clean up. Spotting Trucks. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Specific duties can change on the daily basis as operation needs change. Working outside in all weather conditions. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.
