Job description

Responsibilities/Qualifications: - Greet guests upon arrival at the table - Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a delightful gaming experience - Handle transactions for buy-ins, payoffs and markers - Show skill in dealing the assigned game - Take losing bets and pay winning bets following rules and procedures - Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures - Verify fills and credits to the game - Notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularities in the play and / or transactions in the game - Provide excellent guest service, interact with guest and answers questions - Notify Floor Supervisor of any guest needs including cocktails and host services - Ask for identification for anybody who looks under 30 years of age at the game - Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department - Must have or be able to obtain a Gaming Registration - Experience dealing Black Jack a must - Experience dealing multiple games preferred - Professional appearance and demeanor a must - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively communicate game rules, payouts, and procedures with guests, s...
