Principal Duties & Responsibilities As a Fulfillment and Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from the point of origin to the end consumer. This position involves managing various aspects of the supply chain, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. You will collaborate with different teams to optimize logistics processes and contribute to the overall success of the company’s operations. Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Processing: - Receives and processes inbound and pullout requests by the brands. - Coordinates inbound and pullout schedules with the warehouse. - Validates and monitors the completion of inbound and pullout activities. Order Processing: - Receives and processes customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. - Verifies inventory availability and coordinates with the warehouse team to fulfill orders. - Ensures orders meet quality standards before shipping. - Ensures orders meet marketplace Service Level Agreements (SLA).
