Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development. - Experience working with public policy teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience with technical infrastructure developments. - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferred qualifications: - Experience developing and executing strategies to deliver exceptional solutions. - Experience executing cross-functional projects. - Experience working in Public Affairs within West Texas. - Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and operate independently and in a fast-moving environment. - Excellent political/communication skills and ability to speak publicly on behalf of the company.
