Estimating Manager

About the Position We’re seeking an Estimating Manager to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs in highways, roads, and bridges, transit (including rail systems), aviation (international airports), and water sectors delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. This role is highly interactive and requires you to lead and actively engage in all estimating activities. You’ll support the full lifecycle of estimation activities, from planning through delivery, ensuring the work aligns with broader program goals and responsible financial management. This is a long-term, full-time, on-site position located in Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to, the following) - Manages the cost estimating group in the development of all capital cost estimates from planning conceptual level to final design. - Facilitate the development of information used to develop cost estimates with all internal and external stakeholders. - Support the development of the bi-annual Programmatic Business Plan capital cost estimates, Program Baselines, and Project Update Reports. - Develop Estimate Development Plans and Basis of Estimate reports. - Support the...
