Job description

Job Purpose: The COO will support both the development and execution of customer growth strategies and operational leadership as a key member of the Senior Management Team. The COO will report to the CEO. This position supervises the Business Development & Capture, Human Resources, Operations, Facilities, Information Technology, Projects & Programs, Contract Management and leading a team of five direct reports (VP of BD & Capture, HR Director, Civilian Operations Director, and DOD Operations Director). This role requires a strong leader with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for growth, program and operational excellence, and a drive to deliver results.
