Accessibility Specialist

Job description

Overview Under the direction of the OASIS Director and in consultation with the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Compliance, the Accessibility Specialist collaborates with students, faculty, academic programs, and Student Affairs departments to facilitate the review and determination of ADA-accommodated support in academic and learning environments. The position provides direct, student‑centered services through the interactive accommodation process to promote access, student success, persistence, and graduation. The Accessibility Specialist also supports faculty and campus partners through consultation, training, and the development of educational resources and workshops designed to increase awareness of accommodation processes, roles, and responsibilities.
