This flexible PRN position offers the opportunity to enhance your skills while delivering high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment. PRN status Float Pool RNs are scheduled to work 6 shifts in a 6-week schedule , and shifts may include days or nights. Float Pool RNs earn a premium pay rate, receiving an additional 18% on top of their base wage. Qualifications: Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
