Department: SOM KC Pharmacology, Toxicology and Therapeutics Badawi Lab Position Title: Post Doctoral Fellow - Badawi Lab Job Family Group: Professional Staff Job Description Summary: The Badawi lab at the University of Kansas Medical Center's Department of Pharmacology, Toxicology and Therapeutics is looking for a postdoctoral neuroscientist to study cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying neurological function and disease. The focus of this training position is to characterize synaptic physiology, mechanisms of dysfunction, and biomarker identification in disease-relevant contexts. The research is hosted in modern laboratory space with state-of-the-art equipment and will build on a long history of innovative service to the KUMC research community.
