Summary: The Human Resources Director partners with the Ormco Commercial, Operations & Corporate functions within North America to support Ormco’s continuing growth. The successful candidate will enjoy all aspects of HR including both strategic and tactical. This includes partnering with the senior leadership team on strategic talent initiatives, talent management, talent attraction and development, performance management, strategic projects, process improvement and employee relations; all in alignment with the driving Enista Core Values and accelerating company growth. This position reports directly to the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Ormco.
