The Casino Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily operations of Slots, Casino Beverage, and Table Games, ensuring courteous, timely, and exceptional service is delivered by team members to all guests. The Casino Operations Supervisor oversees the activities of the casino floor to ensure an efficient, compliant, and profitable gaming environment, while ensuring guests have favorable gaming experience. Supports team member development with training programs, established methods, procedures and guidelines, and high-quality service.
