PURPOSE: The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling contested/litigated matters for the Firm. This person will utilize legal knowledge and experience as necessary to facilitate the litigation process on behalf of our clients in the District of Columbia and, if Maryland barred, may work Maryland files as well. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Attending the all-day DC court docket on Thursdays and Fridays every week. - Preparing for the hearings. - Attending DC mediations on other days and preparing for those mediations. - Managing the DC service populatio...
