This position will support ColumbiaDoctors, one of the largest multi-specialty practices in the Northeast. ColumbiaDoctors’ practices comprise an experienced group of more than 2,800 physicians, surgeons, dentists, and nurses, offering more than 240 specialties and subspecialties. Job Summary: The Patient Care Assistant will assist the clinical team in morning monitoring duties to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively. This position will work Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 12:00pm, based out of our Teaneck, NJ practice location. Job Responsibilities: - Chaperone physicians in exam rooms and document scanner findings i.e. follicles and uterine lining measurements. - Assist in unpacking and restocking supplies. - Turn-over rooms between patients and assist with exam/procedure room maintenance. - Assist with preparation of paperwork required for monitoring appointments. - Ensure that the overall condition of workspace area is clean and safe according to practice standards.
