The Senior Analyst, HR Data Management contributes to the overall success of the Executive Administration and Project Support team within HR Service Operations. This role supports the execution of team goals, initiatives, and projects by ensuring accurate HR data management, effective process oversight, and strong advisory support to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and internal teams. This role sits within the Offboarding team, with a particular focus on employee lifecycle exit activity, including severance administration, restructuring support, and the ongoing tracking of costs associated with organizational change.
