Employment Type: Part time Shift: Evening Shift Description: Registered Respiratory Therapist- RRT Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital: Location: Ypsilanti, MI Schedule: Evening Shift, 12hr Shift, Part Time Benefits POSITION PURPOSE: Registered Respiratory Therapist who is responsible for performing various therapeutic procedures including advanced practice procedures such as, but not restricted to operating balloon pumps (IABP), delivering inhaled Epoprostenol, performing basic bedside respiratory parameters. Participates in orientation of staff and student training programs for Trinity Health which is a teaching institution representing the Respiratory Care department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Behaves in accordance with the Mission, Vision and guiding behaviors of Trinity Health. Provides professional leadership in the delivery of patient care. Uses "AIDET" principles when interfacing/treating every patient throughout the organization. (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You).
