Job Description Shift Supervisor - Decatur, IL Oversees operations at our Flour Mill manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental guidelines. Involves hands-on leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to employee well-being. The Shift Supervisor directs the operation of the facility and coordinates daily tasks for hourly production employees. Address employee concerns, maintain good communication, and encourage safe practices. Additionally, the role plays a crucial role in training new employees and coaching existing staff. Schedule with the possibility for increased hours during plant shutdowns and plant needs.
