Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Remote - US & Canada thatgamecompany is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support our flagship title Sky: Children of the Light , by developing applications to facilitate game operation functions. Our internally-developed applications are a fundamental capability enabling our company to live-operate Sky: Children of Light with millions of active users generating terabytes of data per day. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will report to the Lead Software Engineer, developing software for applications that support internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Identify issues and create solutions independently, understanding how to complete a task from start to finish Participate in brainstorming sessions to design and document features with scalability in mind Build backend API and frontend components and pages with strong knowledge of Node JS, Next JS, and SQL Meet with individual team members and the full ITS team weekly to discuss progress and ideas Interact with different departments of the company to discover and address problems and needs Contribute to thatgamecompany’s unique culture and vision Key Qualifications: Professio...
