Min USD $31.51/Hr. Max: USD $48.83/Hr. Overview: The Clinical Learning Consultant partners with clinical leaders, educators, and stakeholders across the health system to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical learning solutions that strengthen workforce competence, organizational performance and safe, high-quality patient care. This role applies clinical expertise, instructional design, adult learning principles, and consulting to close skills gaps, advance regulatory readiness, support strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Education: · Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. · Master’s degree in nursing, education, organization development, instructional design, or related field preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registry: · Current RN license in the State of Illinois. · Certified ACLS Instructor obtained within 6 months of employment. · Clinical specialty certifications (CCRN, CEN, RNC-OB) preferred. · Relevant certifications (APTD, CPTD, CPTM, Prosci, PMP) preferred.
