As part of our Marketing Team, the Social Media Specialist builds the strategy for our organic social platforms, and will produce some but not all in-house social assets, with the goals of audience engagement and impacting consumer buying decisions. The role also includes active community engagement and consumer care. What you’ll be responsible for: Build the strategy and asset pipeline for Oishii’s organic social media platforms (Instagram as our core platform, but includes halo platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and working closely with the Sr Marketing Manager to repurpose content for paid TikTok ads) with a focus on on-brand, engaging copy and content that helps drive brand awareness. Work with Oishii PR team and outside partners to seed berries and manage the flow of incoming content that delivers on marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
