Job Title: Lead Respiratory Therapist Department: Unity Respiratory Therapy Location: Unity Hospital Hours Per Week: 36 hours Schedule: Night 3x12 hour shifts 630pm to 7am Every other weekend rotation SUMMARY: The Lead Respiratory Therapist f unctions as a working shift resource, provide direct oversight, assistance, support, and problem resolution to Respiratory Staff during assigned shift in all aspects of respiratory care, including organization of, assignment and coverage of workloads. Provide superior customer service by modeling the Brand Promise and Core Values. Each of the hospitals of Rochester Regional Health provides a full range of diagnostic, treatment and educational services to persons with disorders of the cardiopulmonary system. Special emphasis placed on pulmonary health promotion and disease prevention. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all essential functions listed for the Registered Respiratory Therapist.
