Description: This position manages strategic communications for the School of Medicine (SOM), advancing its tripartite mission of research, education and clinical care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - This role is responsible for developing plans and messages that strengthen engagement, transparency, alignment, and trust across a diverse internal audience of faculty, staff, trainees and students. - Designs and implements internal communications strategies to ensure strategic, timely, and relevant communications to faculty, staff, trainees and students. - Serves as a strategic advisor to department or Dean's office leadership, providing counsel on communication efforts that drive engagement, trust and organizational alignment. - Ensures consistency in tone, voice and messaging architecture across departments and audiences. - Monitors and shares best practices and trends in internal communications. - Develops...
