At ING we are looking for a Strategic Researcher Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Strategic Researcher to join our Future Insights and Design Team of Business Development team. The responsibility of this team is to conduct high quality quantitative market research on the topics with the greatest uncertainty and develop solutions that are feasible and profitable for the business. Our way of working is that each team member is capable of developing their projects independently, although we collaborate to combine the knowledge of all team members. Your key responsibilities: As a Strategic Researcher you will: - Conduct quantitative studies to uncover strategic insights - Carry out quantitative studies, selecting the most appropriate technique and ensuring data reliability - Connect the dots to create strategies, design services, products, and solutions based on insights - Co-create consumer strategies and solutions - Ensure the bank makes decisions based on consumer insights What are we looking for?: Want to know if this job is made for you?
