Team Global Express is looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our Road Express Parcels team at Melbourne Airport. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, allocating work, and ensuring freight is picked up and delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. Shift Time: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role: You’ll be at the centre of the operation, managing fleet activity in real time and working closely with drivers, customer service, and operations teams to keep things moving. Key Responsibilities: - Allocate pick-ups and deliveries to drivers in line with operational requirements - Monitor fleet activity and respond to issues in real time - Maintain clear communication with drivers and internal teams - Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and within service expectations - Liaise with customers regarding delays or operational changes - Manage incidents, breakdowns, and operational disruptions - Drive efficiency through effective use of systems and operational resources - Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, including DG compliance What You’ll Bring: - Experience in transport, logistics,...
