Overview: Cyber Defense Technologies (CDT) is seeking a Contract Manager to manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts from pre-award through closeout, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, operational alignment, and accurate performance documentation. This role serves as a strategic partner to Program/Project Managers, Finance, HR, Business Development, Capture, and Executive Leadership. The position ensures contracts are executable, compliant with regulatory requirements, aligned with pricing and staffing strategies, and properly documented for audit readiness and future growth opportunities. The Contracts Manager plays an integral role in proposal support, subcontract lifecycle management, change control, and customer relationship documentation, while maintaining strict adherence to FAR, DFARS, and internal governance standards.
