What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supplier billing processes (including DSA, NLC, and deal-related billings) to manufacturers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Maintain a strong internal control environment by overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and partnering with internal and external audit teams Oversee collections and dispute resolution processes, including monitoring and analyzing manufacturer receivable balances and aging Perform reconciliations of billing-related accrual accounts and proactively resolve discrepancies with manufacturers Support financial close activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and y...
