Job DetailsJob Location: Arizona Office - Phoenix, AZ 85035Salary Range: $22.00 HourlyThe Warehouse & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining control of daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound freight processing, inventory accuracy, staging readiness, and related billing documentation. This role serves as the single point of accountability for warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and coordination with dispatch to support on-time delivery performance. The position also supports facility readiness, light administrative functions, and basic fleet coordination. Responsibilities may expand as operational needs evolve and the business grows. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Freight Control Receive, inspect, and offload inbound freight using forklifts or pallet jacks Safely break down and restack double- and triple-stacked pallets as required Verify mixed-load freight against bills of lading and receiving documentation Accurately store freight with proper labeling, rotation, and location control Stage outbound orders for driver self-loading and scheduled delivery appointments Prepare and load freight for company vehicles...
