Firm Risk Management Firm Risk Management (FRM) supports Morgan Stanley to achieve its business goals by partnering with business units across the Firm to realize efficient risk-adjusted returns, acting as a strategic advisor to the Board and protecting the Firm from exposure to losses as a result of credit, market, liquidity, model and other risks. The FRM Credit Risk Management - Securitized Products Group's (SPG) Structured Margin Financing (SMF) team is seeking an Associate. SPG's SMF business provides collateralized financing on securitized products and corporate credit assets to primarily hedge fund and private equity clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate credit risk on reverse repo and total return swap (TRS) transactions. The Associate will contribute to the analysis and review, facilitating transaction approval, and lifecycle management of complex financing arrangements, with a focus on maintaining high standards of risk management and compliance.
