Job Summary: The Controller leads the accounting function, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance for GuideWell. This role partners closely with executive leadership to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial information, while strengthening governance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Controller ensures the integrity of financial results, oversees month-end and year-end close activities, and maintains a strong control environment in a highly regulated setting. Essential Functions: The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned. Direct all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and related functions. Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and issued on time. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accracy and completeness.
