Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Platform Optimization & Support - Partner with business units and Multi-Family BA to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement ProLink quarterly updates and new features. - Validate system changes through testing and ensure smooth deployment. - Provide guidance to end users on best practices and system functionality. Data Quality & Reporting: - Develop and maintain reporting tools, queries, and dashboards to support decision-making. - Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards. - Perform data validation activities. - Manage data mapping of imported data from various sources into ProLink. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: - Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and vendor support teams on technical matters. - Facilitate enhancement requests and issue resolution. - Participate in user group meetings and feedback sessions.
