In this key leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team responsible for tendering, contract strategy, proposal development, and customer collaboration. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you are expected to personally drive tendering activities, dedicating at least 40% of your time to preparing your own bids or pursuing opportunities together with the sales organization. This ensures you stay close to the market, contribute directly to business results, and lead by example. You will develop presales contract strategies, support the sales organization, and ensure highquality proposals that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
