Senior Policy Escalation Specialist, YouTube Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields. - Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend and holiday hours. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree. - Experience working with international issues across multiple geographies, including freedom of expression, child safety or online controversial content. - Experience with spreadsheets, databases SQL and data analysis. - Ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
