Key Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting project management while gaining sufficient experience to take on future project responsibility. Responsibilities include order and document management, order preparation, expediting, and written and oral communication pertaining to projects. Periodically attend task force meetings to review and update management of potential issues relative to a given project. Assist Project Managers with issuing monthly reports as required to management. Deals directly with Field Sales Organizations, Sales Offices and End Customers by providing technical and commercial sales support. Ensures clear communication of project requirements to the supply organization. Clarifies all order related issues.
