In order for Larian to continue to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team in Dublin on a 6 moth contact. As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely and daily with the recruitment team and hiring managers. You will guide candidates through the hiring process and are responsible for a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities: - Support hiring teams with scheduling virtual and in-person interviews - Work closely with and liaise between Recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates - Track candidates' progress, ensuring timely movement through the pipeline, and keep them updated - Contribute to weekly catch-up meetings to report on candidate status and discuss potential blockers - ATS (Lever) maintenance, including tidying up obsolete items - Implement hiring plans into the ATS - Work on Job descriptions and post on the Larian careers page and other job boards - Contribute ideas which could improve processes, p...
