The Opportunity The Manager, Specialty Referral Development supports the growth and coordination of Crescent Oral Surgery and four Ontario Endodontic Specialists clinics. This role focuses on strengthening referral relationships, improving alignment across clinics, and increasing internal case retention for specialty services. As the clinics continue to scale, this field-based role is critical to driving referral growth, reducing external referral leakage, and supporting consistent patient flow while maintaining a strong patient experience.
